Victoria Falls situated on the western tip of Zimbabwe is known by the local Kololo tribe as Mosi oa Tunya - 'The Smoke that thunders'. It is one of the 'Seven Wonders of the World' and one of the largest and most spectacular waterfalls on earth where columns of spray can be seen from miles away.
Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is home to around 340 highly endangered Mountain Gorillas - more than half the world’s population. Sitting face to face with a 160kg silverback in the impenetrable rainforest is an experience of a lifetime and is the focal point of all of my trips to Uganda.
The Serengeti is the jewel in the crown of Tanzania's parks and undoubtedly the best-known wildlife sanctuary in the world. The word Serengeti in KiMaa language means "endless plains". The subject of countless wildlife documentaries, the Serengeti truly is spectacular.
The Namib desert is the world’s oldest desert. The Namib receives on average 15 mm of rain per annum, and many areas may go years without rain. In the Sossusvlei the world’s tallest dunes tower above parched seasonal pans which may only fill up once or twice per decade.
The Okavango Delta is a unique wetland system in the middle of the Kalahari Desert and one of the largest inland deltas on earth. The Okavango is a world of glittering water and palm islands and its various channels and islets play host to numerous aquatic creatures, mammals and bird-life.
“Kieran is one of the top guides I have ever met in 25 years in the safari business. He has a rare combination of qualities which put him among the best personal guides: in depth knowledge and bushcraft , sense of humour, but perhaps most important of all a genuine interest in ensuring that every guest has their own unforgettable experience. Oh, and as a professional pilot he can fly you everywhere himself too…”Hamish Grant, Safari Operator & Honourary Game Warden - Kenya
“Dear Kieran – Thanks for our great time together on safari in Kenya; truly memories forever.”Jan & Russel Simmons, Australia
“Dear Kieran, we are now back home and settled back into the routine. I wanted to thank you so much for an amazing experience. Both Andrew and I felt it was the perfect safari and we are still so thrilled. We appreciated the very personal aspect to our trip. Please feel free to give our contact details to anyone else making enquiries if they would like to discuss the experience, and we look forward to returning with the children when they are older.”Emma Guymer & Andrew Ajani
“I wanted to say a huge thank you for guiding us on our safari – it was sensational and just what I needed – a very relaxing break.”Jason Abbott, Sydney, Australia
“Thank you again for the nice days we spent with you – it was sincerely and really a great pleasure to experience a flying safari over Namibia with you. We hope that in the near future, we will realise our project to travel around Botswana together with you as our guide, or other magic places in Southern Africa, and why not with a great pilot who loves and is loved by dogs, especially three ‘Jack Russel’.”Alain Piade, Paris, France
“Kieran, we experienced the most amazing private safari which you organized for us. Thank you and thank you for your commitment and professionalism. Shall see you again in the not so distant future. We have visited close to 80 countries but we will be back in Africa to enjoy some more adventures with you.”Graham and Lisa Pollard, Gold Coast, Australia (repeat clients)
